Church Name: Smith Chapel United Methodist Church (Napton)

Pauline Wagner, of the Blackwater United Methodist Church and later Smith Chapel United Methodist Church, was a long-time and ardent supporter of Festival of Sharing. She made a point to give quilts and other handmade items to the Festival each year to support missions. Even after her passing, her talents are able to contribute to this ministry about which she was so passionate.
