Three course dinner for twelve people prepared (and possibly served) by participants in the GOAL Cooking class. Your choice of a Mexican or Italian themed menu. Italian menu includes (1) salad and bread, (2) Crockpot ravioli lasagna and/or fettucini Alfredo and (3) homemade cannoli, tiramisu or cheesecake. Mexican menue includes (1) chips and dip (queso and homemade salsa), (2) enchiladas and taco bar with rice and beans and (3) Tres Leches cake or sopapilla cheesecake. |
