VIP Market Tour Our 3 chefs tonight are at the Farmers Market most every Saturday. They know the vendors, have visited the farms, and use their products daily in their restaurants. They are experts at letting the market guide what you cook and eat. One of them will spend at least an hour with you at the market, introduce you to the farmers, ranchers and dairymen, teach you how to choose the best produce, what to do with it, and how to get the most from your trip each week.
