Eddie Edmondson
He recently retired from the U.S. Army as a Sergeant Major with over 23 years of service. 21 of those years, spent in Special Operations. He has extensive combat experience ranging from hostage rescue, counter terrorism, direct action, and low visibility operations in Central/ South America, the Balkans, and the Middle East.
Since retirement Eddie has continued to give back by becoming a Firearms/ CQB Instructor with The Range Complex in North Carolina where he has conducted hundreds of courses training federal/ state/ local law enforcement, foreign and U.S. Military, as well as civilians. Additionally, he works with high school, college, and professional teams and athletes developing leadership, professional development, and the psychological aspects of the game.
Eddie grew up hunting in Virginia and began bow hunting at the age of 13. For the last 20 years he has been exclusively a bow hunter and has hunted big game all over the United States and Canada. In 2013, Eddie made the switch to Elite Archery and began filming hunts both solo and with a video partner. He has harvested numerous turkeys, antelope, several whitetails that gross over 150” and a 184” Canadian mule deer.
